Book Retrieval and Disability Services

The book retrieval service at J. Murrey Atkins Library greatly reduces, if not eliminates, the need to use the elevators, stairs or navigate through the stacks. The retrieval service is offered for all books and is available to any student who wishes to utilize the service. As an alternative to the online service, students and faculty can also request books in person at the Circulation Desk or by asking one of the Atkins Library’s roamers who roam around the building ready to answer your questions. (Atkins Roamers are easily spotted in their bright green Ask Atkins t-shirts.)
